What is included?
Guests will enjoy three movement classes per day, including one small group Reformer Pilates session during your stay, ensuring individual attention and tailored progression. Each day also features a lunchtime meditation or sound bath, allowing moments of stillness and self-reflection to enhance the overall retreat experience. The retreat includes half board dining, offering complimentary breakfast and your choice of either lunch or dinner each day.
