Hello!
Nancy is a 300 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, who trained in 2019 with Sampoorna Yoga India after years of dedicating time to movement, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She has completed additional training in Thailand, where she trained to specialise in teaching Yoga for Athletes and Assisted Stretching/ Stretch Therapy. Nancy is currently training for her 300 hour Integrative Yoga Qualification, focusing on Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Advanced Anatomy and Physiology and Pre Natal Yoga. Nancy is also trained in Reformer Pilates, completing her training with the prestigious Ten Health and Fitness.
